Please keep in mind that we are a very small business – because of this, our returns policy is limited.
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Damaged items are not accepted for returns. Digital products are not eligible for returns.
Returns are exchange only. We cannot offer refunds for shipped shop purchases at this time.
Packages are sent via USPS in most cases, with sufficient insurance to cover the cost of the product in case of loss/damage in shipping. Please note, for sticker-only purchases, insurance is not available. For more information on what USPS shipping insurance covers, please visit the USPS FAQ – What is insurance? page. We are not responsible for the fate of packages once they have left our possession. If your items were damaged in shipping, and for some reason insurance can’t cover a replacement, please contact me for a coupon on a future purchase. Again, I am not responsible for the fate of packages after they have been shipped.
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are your responsibility.
